Why does Returnal stutter on the Seagate FireCuda 510 1TB drive?

Returnal’s endless loop combat felt janky with random input lag. My Seagate FireCuda 510 1TB hit 55℃, triggering throttling. Lowering graphics didn't help. I used GamePP Hardware Sensors to track the 52-58℃ spikes. I updated firmware and cleared cache via GamePP System Backup. Testing showed temps stable at 48-52℃. Latency dropped 15% per 3DMark storage benchmarks.
