Why does Hitman 3 stutter during crowded banquet scenes?

I felt total despair during a banquet mission when my CPU load spiked, sending temps from 55°C to 92°C per AIDA64, which completely killed my immersion. I tried setting fans to full speed in the BIOS, but it just created a deafening roar while my cores still hit the ceiling. I finally used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to slash the start response time from 2 to 0.4 seconds. After three stress tests, max temps held at 81-85°C per HWMonitor, and CPU frequency stabilized at 4.9-5.1GHz per CPU-Z.
