How do I fix CPU thermal throttling in Final Fantasy XV using the Valkyrie A360 cooler?

I was losing the summon battle immersion as my CPU spiked to 88-92°C per HWiNFO, causing frame drops. I tried Windows power plans, but temps stayed high. I used GamePP Fan Curve Config to boost the fan from 1200 to 1800 RPM and set the threshold to 75°C. RTSS confirmed frame time stabilized from 12.5-18.2ms to 8.4-9.6ms, and HWiNFO showed temps dropping to 68-72°C. This saved my gaming session from stuttering.
