How to stop Jonsbo CR-1400E from sounding like a vacuum in Gears 5?

Right in the middle of a firefight, my cooler started emitting this piercing shriek that completely broke my focus. The Jonsbo CR-1400E uses a tiny 92mm fan, and to keep the CPU from hitting 85°C, it was ramping up to 2800 RPM—absolutely ear-splitting. I tried capping the speed at 1500 RPM, but the CPU hit 95°C and throttled, dropping my FPS from 120 to 45, which was just not an option. I ended up redesigning my case airflow, flipping the front fans to intake and cranking the rear exhaust to 1200 RPM. With a new curve locking everything under 75°C at 1800 RPM, temps stayed at 78°C - 82°C, and the noise dropped from 45dB to 32dB. I actually plugged a fan in backward at first and spent ten minutes wondering why it was getting hotter, but a quick flip fixed it. CPU load is around 70%, and the noise is finally gone.
