How to fix frame jumps with Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5 6400?

While building out my base, I noticed these irritating micro-stutters that just killed the immersion. It was weird because my Corsair RGB DDR5 6400 was idling cool at 44-50℃ and XMP was definitely on. I tried bumping my page file to 32GB first, but the frame pacing stayed erratic, which was honestly a nightmare. I eventually dove into the BIOS Advanced mode and manually crushed the tRFC from 560 down to 480, then locked the VDD voltage at 1.38V instead of the default 1.35V to tighten up the signal integrity. Checking RTSS, my frame times finally stopped jumping between 6.2-14.1ms and settled into a rock steady 4.1-6.5ms range. I did have a bit of a scare when I tried pushing tRCD too low and the whole system black-screened during map load, but backing it off by 2 units fixed it. Memory usage sat around 12.4-16.8GB with low IMC load. A quick benchmark showed latency dropped from 66ns to 61ns, and those frame times stayed locked at 4.1-6.5ms. Still, some high-end kits might not hit these numbers without more voltage.
