Tune Sapphire 9070 XT for Elden Ring
My Sapphire 9070 XT was throttling during boss fights, which felt like a total pain. I enabled Windows Game Mode first, but GPU-Z showed the clock dropping to 1800 MHz under load. That didn't help. I switched to GamePP to lock the power limit at 100% and disabled VSync in the driver. After that, HWiNFO monitored a stable 72C temperature, and RTSS verified a consistent 165 FPS average with 1% lows above 110 FPS.
