I'm getting sudden voltage drops and CPU clock dips during intense fights in Deathloop on my ASRock A320M-HDV R4.0; should I lock the voltage?

Whenever I switched between stealth and aggressive combat, the screen would hitch for a split second, which perfectly synced with the CPU's boost behavior. On the ASRock A320M-HDV R4.0, the VRM modules struggled under load, with voltage swinging wildly between 1.05V - 1.22V, causing micro-stutters. I first tried disabling all power-saving options in the BIOS, but that was a disaster—my idle temps shot up to 55°C, leaving me totally confused. I then pivoted to the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to force the system into Extreme Performance mode and used the GamePP Resource Scheduler Panel to set the game process to 'Realtime'.
