How to fix slow match loading in Dota 2 with WD Black SN850 1TB?

I was always the last player to load into matches because my SN850 had massive latency spikes. I tried disabling disk power-saving in Device Manager, but that just stopped my PC from sleeping properly, which was a huge headache. I used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to lock the system to High Performance and updated the firmware. CrystalDiskMark showed response times dropped to 2-5ms, HWiNFO confirmed temps at 42-50℃, and initial latency of 20-35ms was completely eliminated.
