How to stop texture pop-in and stutters in Elden Ring's DLC?

Entering the Shadow Realm for the first time, I felt the immersion break as ground textures took two seconds to load. I tried formatting the drive and re-aligning 4K partitions, but the loading speeds didn't improve at all, which was incredibly annoying. I used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to change the write buffer refresh from auto to forced and optimized power management. RTSS showed frame time spikes dropped from 20-50ms to 12-16ms, AIDA64 confirmed temps at 52-58℃, and HWInfo noted initial temps were 62-68℃.
