Combatting Mountain Stutters

I felt totally disconnected from the world when subtle image jumps ruined the first-person view during mountain climbs. I tried clearing system temporary files to free up resources, but my frame rates just fluctuated between 45-62 FPS per RTSS, which was useless. I then used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to force the game process into Realtime priority and killed redundant network services. Now, the frame generation interval is a smooth 12-16ms via FrameView, with core clocks at 1710-1830MHz per GPU-Z and temps at 72℃.
