Fix Texture Streaming Delay
Sprinting through corridors, textures took seconds to sharpen, which ruined the horror immersion completely. I tried lowering texture quality in settings, but the image became crude and the delay remained, which made me angry. I used GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to set PCIe bus voltage to 1.05V and updated firmware. Frame times converged to 13-19ms per RTSS, with fans at 1200-1400RPM per HWiNFO64.
