How to stop Ark 2 loading bar from freezing at 85% on Onda H610M+?

In the vast world of Ark 2, the loading bar would freeze at 85% for about 6 seconds every time I switched scenes, which was infuriating. I tried disabling all non-essential startup items, but freezes still occurred whenever read volume exceeded 2GB/s per CrystalDiskMark. I used the GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configurator to increase the depth to 128 and enabled the write cache refresh policy. Random 4K reads improved to 62-70MB/s per CrystalDiskMark, and SSD temperatures stabilized at 45-53℃ per HWInfo64.
