Thermalright PS120 SE Tuning
While exploring dense tropical jungles, I noticed CPU temperatures spike from 65℃ to 96℃ per AIDA64, causing frames to crash from 85 to 38 FPS, which totally broke my immersion. I tried setting the fan mode to full speed in BIOS, but while it dropped temps to 76℃, the noise was like a power drill and completely unbearable. I then used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to set the 70-85℃ slope to 80% and the 90℃ trigger to full load. Core temperatures converged to 72-81℃ per HWInfo64 and frame times stabilized at 11-14ms per GamePP Frame Analyzer.
