Fix Performance Decay
It was unbearable; after exploring Tales of Arise for two hours, drive performance plummeted, causing random frame drops. I tried Windows Disk Optimization, but that was a mistake for an NVMe drive—it didn't help and only increased wear. GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration showed random reads dropping to 25-35MB/s per CrystalDiskMark. After a disastrous attempt to limit write speeds that froze the game during saves, I set depth to 512 and tuned cache flush. 3DMark showed stability at 65-80%, temps hit 58-65℃ per AIDA64, and final temps were 55-62℃ via GamePP.
