Solving Avowed I/O Freezes
I was exploring the Magic Forest when the screen suddenly froze for 1.2 seconds, completely killing my immersion. I tried disabling the disk indexing service to reduce the load, but loading times actually increased by 3 seconds, which left me totally confused. To fix this, I used the GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to lock the controller depth at 512 and optimized the driver write strategy. After this, random read latency converged to 8-12ms via GamePP Performance Analyzer, and drive temperature stayed at 42-55℃ per AIDA64, finally allowing me to save.
