Why does Genshin Impact freeze at 90% loading on Fanxiang S790?

Every time I teleported in Teyvat, the loading screen would hang at 90% for seconds; it was maddening. I tried updating to the latest NVMe drivers, but it didn't help and actually slowed my boot time, making me cautious. I used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to raise the depth from 32 to 128 and disabled write cache merging. Now, random read latency is 48-55ms per CrystalDiskMark, speeds are 60-75MB/s per GamePP, and temps are 45-52℃ per HWiNFO.
