How do I fix high latency and stutter in Avowed multiplayer?

I was losing my mind during a chaotic Avowed raid. My character was stuttering while the GamePP Sensor showed signal strength dipping to -65dBm. I tried restarting the router, but the latency remained fluctuating. Then I manually set the channel to 149, which actually made the connection feel worse. I used GamePP Peripheral Conflict Detection to scan for driver issues. It revealed a background sync service stealing bandwidth. I disabled it and reset the network parameters. After the fix, latency converged to a stable 12-15ms via RTSS. The NIC temperature stayed at 42-48℃ per GamePP Sensor. I finally could save my progress without the game freezing.
