Why does Ark 2 stutter when loading complex ecological areas?

I felt pure anxiety while exploring massive primitive jungles; the screen suddenly stutters whenever dozens of large dinosaurs appear. I first tried enabling Extreme Performance Mode in BIOS, but although frequencies hit 4000MHz via BIOS Monitor, unstable voltage caused a crash every two hours. To fix this, I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to lock the game process priority to Real-time. The result was instant: memory controller load converged to 62-68% per GamePP Sensor, and HWiNFO64 showed temps at 48-54℃, while fan speeds stayed at 1400-1600 RPM via GamePP Monitor.
