Is manual RAM locking needed for Onda A520-VH-W?

Just as I was getting into the stealth gameplay, a massive frame drop would hit, and that sudden lag spike was incredibly frustrating. Data showed the Onda A520-VH-W memory scheduling was hitting latency peaks of 12-18ms. I tried increasing the Windows page file to 32GB, but that just made the whole OS feel sluggish—I realized I had to fix this at the BIOS level. I switched the memory frequency from Auto to a locked 2666MHz and bumped VCCIO voltage from 1.0V to 1.15V. In AIDA64, the read/write speeds stabilized at 32-35GB/s, and frame times tightened to 8-12ms. I hit two BSODs early on, but loosening the timings from 16-16-16 to 18-18-18 finally nailed it. Memory temps are 42-48℃ and VRMs are 60-65℃. The stuttering is gone, and frame times are now a consistent 5.1-6.4ms.
