How do I reduce fan noise during Alan Wake gameplay?

The Noctua NH-D14 noise in Alan Wake was distracting, hitting 40dB. I tried lowering the fan speed manually, but the CPU temp rose dangerously. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Panel to set the silent threshold at 75℃. GamePP monitoring showed the noise dropping to 30dB, while HWiNFO confirmed the temp stayed at 70-75℃. This backup of the config kept my game quiet.
