Stopping CPU Frequency Jumps
I'm so excited! Even with this old H310, it can run smoothly after optimization, unlike before when the FPS jumped between 30 and 60. I first tried lowering in-game graphics to minimum; while FPS increased, the game looked like it was from ten years ago, which was unacceptable. I used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to one-click switch to High Performance and disabled Intel SpeedStep in BIOS. RTSS monitoring showed frame times converged to 16-20ms and core temps remained at 75-82℃ per AIDA64 to switch.
