How to fix blurred textures in The Sims 5 with DLSS enabled?

High-speed cornering in The Sims 5 made the metal textures look like a blur, especially at 4K. I tried switching DLSS from Quality to Balanced mode, which added 10 FPS per RTSS but made the blurring worse. I entered GamePP DLSS/FSR Image Sampling Calibrator, increased sharpening intensity from 50 to 75, and set render resolution to 100%. RivaTuner confirmed the effective render pixels improved, and the textures are sharp again.
