Why does Phantom Brigade look blurry in close-ups with Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3600MHz?

Sun Wukong's face looked like it had a fog filter. Switching DLSS to Balanced made it worse. I used GamePP DLSS Calibrator to raise sharpening from 50 to 75. RivaTuner confirmed sharpness improvement. GPU temps stayed at 56-62℃ via HWiNFO. Fan speeds held at 1500-1700 RPM. The metal textures are finally crisp at 4K.
