I'm getting resource loading delays and texture flickering on my Zhitai TiPro9000 4TB when entering large galaxy maps in Mass Effect. Should I switch power plans?

Seeing the star map load time drop from 15 seconds to 4 seconds was an absolute rush. Before the tweak, my Zhitai TiPro9000 4TB in Balanced mode had controller response times swinging between 12-25ms (GamePP), which caused obvious texture popping during massive asset loads. I first tried 'Low Power' mode in the driver panel, but that was a disaster—loading took 6 seconds longer and stutters increased, which was incredibly frustrating. I then used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to force the system into 'Extreme Performance' and optimized the NVMe interrupt request priority.
