Why does my Gloway DDR5 6000MHz stutter in Total War?

Whenever I trigger a massive magic bombardment, the screen just freezes for a split second, which is a total nightmare for tactical control. I noticed the memory controller on my Gloway Celestial Strategy Yi DDR5 6000MHz 16GB was acting up, with read speeds swinging wildly between 42GB/s and 55GB/s, causing frame times to spike from 15ms to 42ms. I tried bumping the virtual memory to 32GB in Windows, but that was a complete waste of time and left me pretty confused since it didn't touch the physical bandwidth bottleneck. I eventually dove into the BIOS Advanced Memory settings and forced all channels to lock at 6000MHz, then nudged the voltage from 1.25V to 1.35V to stop the signal from flickering. After checking with AIDA64, my latency dropped from 88ns to a stable 72-76ns, and those micro-stutters vanished. It wasn't a smooth ride though; the first time I enabled the XMP profile, I got an instant BSOD upon launching the game, and I only got it stable after manually loosening the tRAS timings. Currently, my RAM sits at 48-54℃ and the motherboard VRM is around 62-68℃. After verifying the frequency curve in the control panel, my frame times are finally locked in at 5.1-6.4ms.
