How do I fix frame rate instability in Mass Effect with Asgard Bragi II DDR5 6800 32GB?

Frame rates dipping to 85 FPS during dialogue scenes were incredibly annoying. I tried lowering shadow quality, but the visual loss was too severe to be worth it. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to manually set the voltage to 1.36V and enable dynamic regulation. Cinebench testing confirmed frame rates stabilized at 95-100 FPS, and AIDA64 showed memory temperature holding at 52-56℃, allowing me to switch back to high settings.
