Calibrating DLSS Image Sampling
When Spider-Man's face appeared in close-up, the DLSS Quality mode on my ASRock H310CM-HDV blurred the fine textures. I first tried switching DLSS from Quality to Balanced mode, which increased FPS by 8 but worsened the blurriness. I used GamePP DLSS/FSR Image Sampling Calibrator to raise the DLSS sharpening intensity from 50 to 72 and set the render resolution to 100%. After settling on 70 for the best balance, RivaTuner showed a significant increase in effective render pixels. GPU temperature remained stable at 62-68℃ and fan speed at 1400-1600 RPM per GamePP. This switch restored the sharpness of the metal textures.
