Why does Valorant freeze at 90% loading with Intel 660P 2TB?

I felt absolute despair every time I loaded a map for ranked play; the progress bar would freeze for 0.7s at 90%, which is fatal in competitive play. I tried disabling fast startup in system settings and updating firmware, but the stuttering frequency didn't improve at all. I then used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to increase the queue from 32 to 128 and enabled high-priority read/write mode. FrameView analysis showed peak frame time dropped from 42ms to 14-19ms, while HWiNFO64 monitored temps at 42-50℃ and AIDA64 showed random read response times of 18-35ms.
