How to stop Enshrouded frame rates dropping from 80 to 30 FPS?

I was fed up with the random throttling; while exploring mist areas, the frame rate would suddenly crash from 80 to 30 per RTSS, which was a terrible experience. I first tried disabling Enhanced Turbo Boost in the Windows Power Plan; while temperatures dropped, I lost 20% of overall performance, which made me furious. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to force the fan speed to 1450 RPM for any temperature above 80℃ per HWInfo. RTSS monitoring confirmed core temperatures stabilized at 78-83℃ per AIDA64, and HWInfo showed a steady CPU power draw of 180W.
