Optimizing CPU Scheduling in Rattay
I was amazed! After tweaking parameters, the stuttering I experienced while walking through town simply vanished. I first tried enabling XMP in the BIOS; while bandwidth improved, scheduling latency stayed at 12-18ms per Latencymon, wasting half my day. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to set the game to Realtime priority and suspended background apps. RTSS showed stable frame times of 16-20ms, HWInfo confirmed CPU temps at 62-68℃, and memory usage stayed at 14-16GB per GamePP monitoring.
