How can I prevent GPU downclocking during intense combat in Indiana Jones?

GPU temps hit 82℃, causing frame drops. I tried maxing fan speed, but the noise was unbearable. I then used GamePP Fan Curve Panel to set aggressive cooling at 60℃. HWiNFO showed temps dropping to 68℃, and frame rates stabilized. The noise was acceptable, and the performance was solid.
