How do I stop the frame time spikes on the RTX 5070 Ti Snow Step?

Whenever I unleash a high-frequency combo, the screen just hangs for a few milliseconds. In an action game like ZZZ, that kind of stutter is absolutely lethal. I noticed the core voltage on my Gainward RTX 5070 Ti Snow Step OC 2.0 was swinging wildly between 0,95V and 1,08V during load spikes, causing the frame time to jump from 8ms up to 32ms. At first, I tried locking the maximum power in the driver panel, but that was a total waste of time—it didn't stop the stutters and just pushed my core temps up to 82C. I was honestly baffled. Eventually, I used MSI Afterburner to set a manual voltage offset of +0,03V and tweaked the fan curve to hit 85% speed once it reaches 60C. Checking RTSS, the frame time finally tightened up to a consistent 7-11ms, and the visual fluidity is night and day. I did have a bit of a nightmare early on when I tried an aggressive 100MHz overclock that led to an immediate black screen and reboot; I had to dial back the clock and nudge the voltage before it became stable.
