Fix Need for Speed FPS Jumps
Speeding down the highway, the frame rate jumped violently between 110 and 140 FPS, which was a terrible visual experience. I initially tried lowering graphics to reduce load; while FPS increased, the loss of detail was severe and I hated the compromise. I used the GamePP Hardware Sensor page to recalibrate XMP and tuned timings to 32-38-38-76. GamePP Benchmark confirmed fluctuations dropped to 2%, while CPU-Z showed 6795-6800MHz and HWInfo noted 1.40V.
