Solving Open World Screen Tearing
Facing giant mechanical beasts was breathtaking, until a horizontal tear across the screen ruined the visual impact. I tried enabling V-Sync in the GPU driver, but the input lag became unbearable, making controls feel like walking through mud. Using the GamePP Frame Time Analyzer, I switched to Fast Sync and lowered memory frequency to 6600MHz per CPU-Z. RTSS showed a smooth frame generation curve (previously 7.2-15.8ms), and HWMonitor confirmed temps stable at 56-62℃ with a 45-52% load.
