Stop 4K Texture Frame Drops
Walking through the surreal landscapes of the mental world, the environment couldn't load fast enough during quick rotations, causing FPS to plummet from 60 to 30. I tried changing the PCIe mode from Auto to Gen4 in BIOS, but performance barely moved, proving that simple settings couldn't solve scheduling issues. I used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to increase the depth to 256. CrystalDiskMark showed 4K random reads rose to 62-68MB/s and I/O throughput reached 480-550MB/s.
