Fixing Valorant Tearing on RT500
Fast movement in Valorant caused obvious screen tearing due to a sync mismatch between 144Hz and 140-150 FPS. I tried enabling vertical sync, which fixed the tearing but added severe input lag. I used GamePP Frame Time Analyzer to lock the display sync frequency at 144Hz and enabled G-Sync compatible mode. After slight flickering, I fine-tuned the sync to 143Hz. RTSS showed frame times converging from 6-7ms to a stable 6.9-7.1ms. GPU temperature stayed at 60-65℃. Fan speed was 1500-1600 RPM.
