How do I fix the blurry facial close-ups in Gray Zone 4K mode?

The Great Sage's face looked like a blob in 4K. I tried switching DLSS to Balanced, but it got even blurrier. The Asgard Hel DDR5 5600 32GB was running fine at 2610MHz, so it wasn't the RAM. I used the GamePP DLSS/FSR Image Sampling Calibrator to increase sharpening from 50 to 75. RivaTuner confirmed the effective render pixels increased. The metal texture on the Golden Cudgel is now sharp. This switch restored the visual fidelity I was missing, making the game look incredible.
