Taming CPU Thermal Spikes
During high-frequency combos, I noticed micro-tearing on screen, which is fatal in fast-paced combat. I tried setting the fan mode to full speed in BIOS, but while temperature dropped 4℃, the noise was as piercing as an electric drill. I then used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to steepen the 70-82℃ gradient to 80% and enabled instant response mode. RTSS showed frame times converged to 9-13ms, while HWMonitor recorded temperatures stable at 72-76℃ and AIDA64 confirmed initial spikes of 78-86℃ were gone.
