How do I fix memory stutter in God of War: Ragnarok?

Combat stuttered because my G.Skill Trident Z RGB DDR4 4000 was locked at 2133MHz. I tried manual overclocking, but it caused a blue screen. I enabled the XMP profile via GamePP Hardware Sensor Page. Bandwidth utilization jumped from 45% to 82% per GamePP. Frame rate stabilized at 110 FPS, and stress tests confirmed the 4000MHz frequency is solid.
