Cooler Master Seidon 240G Tuning
I was so excited! Once I unlocked the power wall, that silky smoothness finally returned. Previously, while speeding through Mexico, frames jumped between 70-90 FPS per RTSS. I first tried enabling Ultimate Performance in Windows Power Settings, but the limit was hardware-level and software tweaks did nothing, which was incredibly frustrating. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to set LLV to L2 and raise the power limit to 125W per AIDA64. Average frame rate jumped from 82 to 114 FPS and minimums stayed above 90 FPS per RTSS.
