Cleaning the library clutter for a smooth experience

Based on debug log DB-092 on Windows 10 22H2, Event Viewer showed the runtime library calls were swinging wildly between 120ms and 350ms, with some horrific peaks hitting 800ms. That effectively kills the game process. I spent hours reinstalling drivers for nothing—totally a waste of time. The fix was finally hitting a full runtime repair tool, entering the system scan menu, and triggering a Complete Integrity Scan followed by Auto-Fix. I monitored the result in AIDA64, and the call times dropped to a clean 15ms - 28ms. It's still a bit glitchy when zoning into dense crowds, maybe 1 or 2 frames here and there, but the total crash loop is gone and the game is fundamentally rock steady and snappy now.
