Solving Shibuya Street Lag

I felt completely robbed of immersion while walking through neon Tokyo; releasing large spells caused the screen to freeze for 0.5s. I tried closing all background startup items in system settings, but the frame rate only increased by 2 FPS, proving it was a deep scheduling issue. I then used GamePP Resource Scheduler to force the game process to Realtime priority and capped non-core CPU usage below 5%. Now, frame time converged to 8-11ms per RTSS, while bus load dropped from 82-88% to 5% via AIDA64, and VRM temps stayed 52-58℃ per HWiNFO.
