Resolve Elden Ring Loading Lags
Exploring the Lands Between, every fast travel would hang at 90% for seconds. This SLC cache overflow was a perfect challenge for extreme optimization. I first tried disabling the write cache in the system, but loading time actually increased by 2 seconds. I entered the GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration, increased the depth from 1024 to 2048, and enabled the forced write cache flush. CrystalDiskMark showed 4K random reads rose to 78-85MB/s, HWMonitor confirmed the drive temperature stabilized at 46-52℃, and AIDA64 showed initial temps of 58-65℃.
