Fixing Memory Voltage Spikes

Galloping across the vast plains, I saw eerie white flashes on distant mountain textures, which was incredibly distracting. I first tried lowering the game resolution; while flickering decreased, the image quality loss was severe and unacceptable. I entered the GamePP Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard, set the load-line to L2 mode, and adjusted VDDQ to 1.35V per CPU-Z. Voltage fluctuation converged to within 0.02V per OCCT, and VRM temperature remained at 62-68℃ per AIDA64, while memory temp hit 58-63℃ per AIDA64.
