Optimizing AI filters for Corsair VRAM

During extreme loop reset scenes (Report LDS600), VRAM bandwidth slammed into 21.7GB - 27.3GB, causing NVIDIA GeForce Experience sharpening to jump between 69% - 86%, which created those jagged edges. I went into the GPU-Z memory frequency tab to lock the load curve and used MSI Kombustor for stress testing to set a custom filter preset. This narrowed the sharpening range to 74% - 81% and dropped VRAM temps from 77℃ down to 71℃ - 75℃, making the teleport edges look natural. Combined with EVGA Precision color calibration, the smoothness is night and day. Aliasing is mostly gone, but I still see slight color blocking in very dark areas.
