How to remove jagged edges during fast riding in Crimson Desert?

I was so excited to ride through the desert, but the weird jagged tearing on the edges of the screen kept ruining the experience. I tried forcing V-Sync in the driver panel, but while tearing stopped, input lag jumped to over 50ms, which was incredibly frustrating. I used the GamePP DLSS/FSR Image Sampling Calibrator to set the sampling rate to 100% and sharpening to 68. Now, frame times have converged to 13-17ms per RTSS, and GPU temperature has stabilized at 68-72℃ per HWiNFO, avoiding the previous 78℃ peaks per HWiNFO.
