Solving Instruction Conflicts
During a critical ultimate move, a tiny pause occurred, which is totally unacceptable in a high-speed action game. I tried lowering the rendering resolution; while FPS increased by 10, the stuttering remained. I used the GamePP Memory Controller Load Monitor to switch frequency from 6800MHz to 6400MHz and bumped voltage to 1.40V. Frame generation time converged to 11-13ms per RTSS, latency fluctuation hit 92-108ns via AIDA64, and temps were 54-60℃ per HWiNFO.
