Stabilizing CPU Frequency
During intense lighting changes, my screen became a slideshow as the CPU frequency crashed from 4.9 GHz to 2.1 GHz. I tried adding more case fans to blow air directly on the components, but temps only dropped by 2℃ and the crashes continued. I then used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to switch LL mode to L2 and set Vcore to 1.30V. AIDA64 confirmed temps at 76-83℃ and HWInfo verified a stable 4.5-4.7 GHz range. Cinebench R23 loops proved the performance no longer fluctuates.
