Why does the screen stutter in Monster Hunter Wilds on Galax B360M?

Frustration set in as the screen stuttered while slaying the dragon at 88C. The default fan curve was ineffective. Using GamePP Fan Curve Config, I customized the curve to 2000 RPM at 80C. Sensor monitoring showed temperature dropped to 75-80C and frame rate stabilized at 65 FPS.
