How to stop frame drops in Palworld on Maxsun B850M Terminator?

Dense battles in Palworld caused frame times to jump from 8ms to 38ms. My Maxsun B850M Terminator fans were fluctuating wildly. I tried fixing speeds in BIOS, but cooling was poor. I used GamePP Fan Curve Panel to set 1600 RPM. RivaTuner now shows stable 7-11ms frame times.
